Excimer Laser - MSX-250
Smallest 50-mJ Excimer
The MSX-250 has been designed to fulfill the need for a compact, mid-range source of UV radiation. It offers pulse energies up to 55 mJ and average powers up to 5 W (at 248 nm) from a single compact unit with a footprint of only 20" x 12". With its advanced soft pre-ionization scheme and an all-metal-ceramic construction, the MSX-250 exhibits excellent beam uniformity and pulse-to-pulse stability.
