成像椭偏仪的控制软件: The following examples illustrate the scanning procedure by an investigation of a patterned surface. The images on the left hand side show the image before the scanning procedure. In all examples on the left hand side only the center stripe is in focus and the image is blurred towards the edges. Scanning leads to an overall sharp image. The image on the right hand side shows the vary same image applying the scanning procedure. The image is completely in focus.
