CCD Cameras

LaVision offers a range of CCD-camera systems to guarantee optimal performance for any specific application. Options like fiber-optic input window, UV-sensitive coating or special timing units for synchronization as well as customized software are available on request.

Imager pro X is a high resolution 14 bit CCD camera family with up to 11 million pixel spatial resolution and an in-built memory in the camera head allowing very fast data storage. All cameras have a double exposure feature with an interframe time down to 100 ns. The cameras are available with standard interfaces FireWire and CamLink.

Imager QE is a high dynamic CCD camera with a progressive scan sensor. Imager intense is the same model but has an additional double exposure feature with an interframe time of 500 ns to enable PIV measurements of high velocities. Their outstanding features are the high sensitivity of max. QE > 62% and very low readout noise to get the best possible image quality. Imager QE and Imager intense can be equipped with a fiber-optic link between CCD head and PC.

Imager compact is a low cost 12 bit CCD camera family with progressive scan sensors. The compact camera head in combination with high spatial resolution sensor is ideal for industrial applications in harsh environments.

DynaStar is a high performance imaging systems with excellent sensitivity and low noise throughout the visible, UV and soft X-ray spectral regions. Back- or front-illuminated 16 bit systems are available, a variety of different CCD sensors are provided.
